All rooms have a refrigerator, microwave and cable television.  Private rooms have one queen bed while shared rooms have two twin beds.  Rooms are furnished with desks, chairs and dressers.

Private room with ensuite bath: $1,300/month

Shared room with ensuite bath: $850/month

All room rates include weekly linen and housekeeping service, wireless internet access, and phone service.  All rates subject to change without notice.

Deposits: All deposits will be paid directly to USA Hostels by the student prior to taking possession of the room. The required deposit is $300 for a shared room and $500 and for a single room. Preferred payment method is credit card. Deposits will be refunded back to the students’ credit card immediately after the student moves out and the room is inspected.

Cleaning Fee: A $25 non refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from all security deposits.

Key Deposit: All students must pay a $25 refundable key deposit at check in.

Cancellation Policy: A $100 fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No-shows will be charged one full months rent. Upon arrival, all students must pay a security deposit of $300 for a shared room or $500 for a private room.
